A full continuum of support

Helping Veterans remain where they want to be: home.

Veterans deserve care that respects their service, values their preferences and supports the people who care for them. We listen first, explain the options and help determine the right next step.

Depending on need and authorization, a Veteran may receive more than one service. Our team coordinates the details so families have one clear place to call.

Services for Veterans

Care that changes as needs change.

01

Skilled Home Health

Nursing, wound care, medication and disease education, and physical, occupational and speech therapy.

02

Personal Care & Support

Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, reminders, companionship and other daily activities.

03

Palliative Care

Relief from symptoms, clearer care planning and coordination while the Veteran continues appropriate treatment.

04

Hospice Care

Comfort-focused nursing, aide, social work, chaplain and caregiver support—with 24-hour on-call nursing.

We Honor Veterans Level 4

Recognition shaped around the individual Veteran.

Military service can shape identity, family life and how a person experiences serious illness. Our team documents each Veteran’s preferences, respects military culture and makes recognition personal—not performative.

Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteers

When desired, trained Veteran volunteers provide companionship, connection and an opportunity for life review.

Flag of Honor

A dignified recognition of the Veteran’s service, life and sacrifice, shared with family and the care team.

Recognition & Remembrance

Bedside salutes, pinning or appreciation ceremonies, life stories and support for the family.

Community Commitment

Proud annual sponsor of the Veterans parade in downtown Wichita and a participant in local efforts supporting those who served.
